Poha Aloo cutlet in Airfryer- Perfect Recipe Found!

 An Easy, Quick snack that is spicy, crispy, and only takes a few minutes to prepare. The best part is that the ingredients are handy in any kitchen and whenever there are guests this snack can be served in no time!

This recipe is even better in Air frier as the non-oily yet crispy cutlet is absolutely guilt-free. Do try this recipe and you would be glad how crispy and tasty they are.

Ingredients:

2 boiled Potato

1 cup Poha

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

Garlic clove minced

Oregano (Optional)

Oil

1 Green chilli Chopped

Fresh coriander

1 tsp chaat Masala


Method:

Mix all the ingredients and make a dough. If the mixture becomes very sticky or wet then add 1-2 tsp Cornflour. Form small shaped balls and deep fry them on medium flame.

In Airfryer:

Preheat the Air fryer for 5-7 min at 200 degrees. Add the small balls to the airfryer bucket, brush them with oil and fry them for 15 min till they turn golden brown. 

Frozen Poha Aloo Cutlet:

These cutlets can be prepared and put in freezer in advance and be deep-fried or airfryed just like any market brought frozed food whenever needed.
