Today, I am sharing the recipe of Ras Malai. This is a super soft, spongy sweet dish that melts in the mouth. But not everyone is willing to try this recipe as it seems quite complicated and you don't seem to be sure of the recipe you are trying.
Some you tubers make it look very easy but when you try it, then everything goes wrong and you end up with something but not Ras malai 😄. I have also tried this recipe several times and sometimes it would turn out great and sometimes not. I know how much I wished to know what all went wrong. What turned my hard work into a disaster.😕
